Your information
Privacy policy
Effective November 2, 2026.
Abundance Applied uses information you choose to provide to respond to requests and manage the email updates you request. Contact us through the contact form and choose “Privacy question” if you have a question about your information.
Contact requests
The contact form asks for your email, an optional name, a topic and a short message. We store the request privately in this website’s WordPress database so an administrator can review it and respond. Contact requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Please leave out client, account and other confidential records.
The site schedules removal of contact requests after 90 days and removes expired abuse-prevention counters. Cleanup occurs when the scheduled task next runs. Hosting backups can retain earlier copies under the hosting backup schedule; deleting a live record does not immediately remove every backup copy.
Email updates
Signing up is optional and separate from contacting us or allowing analytics. While the educational series is not sending, the form saves eligible interest requests as pending and unconfirmed. It sends no confirmation or lessons. A saved interest request is not automatically mailed when sending opens; return and make a new request then. Unconfirmed requests expire after seven days.
When the program is available, confirmation is required before a welcome email and 20 educational emails, planned as two a week for ten weeks. Some lessons may include optional service invitations. Choosing a business or firm is optional; the general series is the fallback. Changing your choice affects future lessons without restarting the program or adding messages. Delivery times can shift.
Use the stop link in a program email to stop future messages. A message already in progress may still arrive. We keep a keyed suppression hash to prevent further sends. Scheduled cleanup removes unconfirmed records after seven days, unsubscribed email addresses after 30 days and redacted email-queue logs after 30 days. Contact us through the privacy form if you need help with an unavailable link. We do not sell the list.
Hosting and abuse prevention
Our hosting provider processes the network information needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact and signup systems use short-lived keyed hashes and counters to limit abuse. Contact-message contents are not placed in analytics events. Access to stored requests is restricted to existing website administrators.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics requires a separate choice. If enabled and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, engagement and business-link choices using cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers, general device information and approximate location. Google processes the network address to estimate approximate location. Contact details, written messages, submitted email addresses, URL query strings and request references are not sent as event parameters.
A necessary preference cookie remembers your choice for 30 days; optional Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days. The recorded property setting retains user- and event-level data for two months without resetting on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not necessarily covered by that retention control. You can choose Necessary only to stop future collection; this does not recall requests already in progress or erase events already received.
Advertising pixels are not enabled. If advertising tools are added, the notice and consent controls must reflect their actual behavior before they run.
External links
Social links open the external service, whose privacy policy applies. The site uses static social icons rather than embedded social widgets.
